On Sept 2, our Online Banking site will update the encryption settings. This is to maintain the highest level of security against potential vulnerabilities.
If you run Internet Explorer (IE) 11 or the latest version of Chrome, Firefox or Safari, you shouldn’t be affected.
If you run IE 9 or 10, you need to follow these instructions to enable the new security to access Online Banking:
1. On the Internet Explorer Tools menu, click Internet Options.
2. In the Internet Options dialog box, click the Advanced Tab.
3. In the Security Category (towards bottom), check “Use TLS 1.1” and “Use TLS 1.2”
4. Click OK
5. Exit and restart Internet Explorer.
If you run IE 8 or older on Windows XP, you will need to download the newest version of Firefox or Chrome to access Online Banking.

Never used online banking before?  Begin today by filling out the Online Banking New User Application. After submitting the application, you will receive an email from info@themurraybank.com within 1-2 business days. Open the link within the email and enter the security code provided to you. From there, you will establish a user name and password along with answers to security questions.

If you would like to use Online Bill Pay, you will be required to login and establish security settings within bill pay.
